We are celebrating the capsule-laying ceremony in the CENTRUS quarter.

CENTRUS quarter has experienced a symbolic and important event – a time capsule with a message for future generations was laid in one of the buildings of the final stage of CENTRUS.

In the block between Blaumaņa, Dzirnavu, Tērbatas and K. Barona streets, 5 apartment buildings are being built at the same time. This is the second and final stage of CENTRUS – all apartments will be put into operation at the end of 2027 with full finishing, using high-quality materials. The completed construction will allow residents to enjoy peace and comfort in a fully completed and landscaped quarter in the center of Riga.

The time capsule was laid in the presence of representatives of the developer Centrus Real Land, representatives of the construction company Monum, as well as representatives of the construction supervisor BLV Advisory Group and the architectural office Layout17.
